Health Professions Department

The Health Professions Division offers a variety of credit programs and classes to assist individuals wishing to enter health care careers. All programs are accredited by state governing boards. Program application requirements and processes vary and may differ from year-to-year, so be sure to check all requirements for the programs you are interested in. 

Some of the many programs offered by the Health Professions Division are Nursing,
Dental Hygiene, Dental Assisting, EMT, Medical Office Assisting, Respiratory Care, and Physical Therapy Assistant.

Non-Credit Programs:

In addition, Lane's Continuing Education Department offers several non-credit, non-degree health professions programs.  These include Sterile Processing Technician, Licensed Massage Therapist, Medical Receptionist, Music Thanatology, Certified Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Aide, Pharmacy Technician, and Phlebotomy.
