Do you offer a payment plan?

Tuition Payment Plans

YES! Lane has a payment plan that you will sign up for after you've registered for your classes each term.   Here are the details.

The Basics:

  • Every student with a bill over $100 is required to set up a payment plan by two weeks prior to the start of term, or your classes will be dropped! Be sure to set up your plan!
  • The plan allows you to set up 3 or 5 installments throughout the term, and you will have no late fees, as long as you have funds available on those dates.
  • If you have Financial Aid already awarded, you do not need to set up a payment plan, and may wait for it to pay your account during the term, as long as you have no financial aid holds and are making Satisfactory Academic Progress. (If Financial Aid is still in process prior to the term, you must set up a payment plan, but once awarded, your payment plan will automatically revert to your Financial Aid instead.)

You may also always make a payment through myLane in the "myFinances" tab.

For amounts below $100, or if a larger charge is added after the term (See "Financial Aid Withdrawal Information" for example): Lane uses a 30-day billing cycle, with the due date on the 15th of each month. There is a 2% Late Fee automatically added once per month to any amount still owed for a current term as of midnight on the 15th. Late financial aid payments do not stop this late fee.
