The GED or General Education Development
The Testing Office in Building 1 offers the GED for $85 and schedules appointments.
If you need to train for the GED the Adult Basic and Secondary Education Department in Building 11 offers GED preparation classes.
You can also get your GED at the Cottage Grove Center.
The GED program gives those who did not graduate from high school the opportunity to earn a high school equivalency certificate.
It is not necessary to have a GED to attend Lane CC as a credit student.
